Solution
Different services have different logins and usernames. For example, the web space control panel has a different username than FTP, SSH, or email. The user name for the webspace control panel usually begins with "cu-", the user name for FTP and SSH with "srv-".
For security reasons Bitpalace does not offer a central login. So in addition to the username, you need to know your host’s name in order to be able to open the correct login page.
Your login information (host name, user name (login name), and password) for the webspace control panel and services such as FTP, SSH, or email can be found in the server setup mail you received at the beginning of the contract. We hope that you have printed out this information, as we have urgently recommended in the e-mail, and have kept in a convenient location.
